Medium roast with a flavor profile of dried orange, berry, and chocolate, sourced from smallholder farmers in Medellin. This blend combines the boldness of Castillo and Caturra varieties with a touch of Colombia and Typica to create a unique and delicious coffee. Grown in the volcanic loam soil of Medellin, Antioquia, at an altitude of 1300-1500 meters, the coffee is fully washed and dried using solar dryers to preserve its quality and protect it from rain.
